Registration:

1. Contestants planning to participate in the Miss Spring Mountain Festival Pageant must complete the appropriate application which can be found on the Chamber of Commerce web site (www.gowv.com).

2. Applications and accompanying photos (5x7" black and white preferable) must be submitted by March 31.

3. Contestants must be 16 years of age by January 1, 2008 and must not have turned 22 years of age on or before January 1, 2008.

4. Contestant must be a citizen of the United States and a legal resident of West Virginia.

5. Contestants must be single, have not had a marriage annulled, or ever borne a child.

6. By signing the contestant application, you thereby give the Grant County Chamber of Commerce permission to use your photograph for publicity, news articles or other festival purposes, unless you specify to the contrary.

7. The entry fee is $100.00.

 Judging:

1. Judges will determine the outcome of the pageant based on a point system.

2. The decisions of the judges are final.  Any questions not covered by these rules will be decided by the judges the day of the contest.
