1. All participants must agree to
comply with the established Spring Mountain Festival
Rules. The rules are posted at
www.gowv.com
or you may contact the Chamber of Commerce at 304
257-2722 for a copy. Applications, pictures and
entry fees must be received at the Chamber of
Commerce no later than April 15.
PAY-AT-THE-GATE is not allowed and there is no RAIN
DATE for this event. Entry fees are
NON-REFUNDABLE after April 15.
2. It is further agreed, the City of
Petersburg, the Grant County Chamber of Commerce, and
the Grant County Parks and Recreation Department will be
held harmless from any liability for damage, loss, or
theft of any property used during the festival.
3. Food Handler’s license information
must be requested from the Grant County Health
Department at 304 257-4922.
YOU MUST OBTAIN
CERTIFICATION PRIOR TO APRIL 11
to participate in the festival.
