Joy Senior
Apartments is the result
of the Joy Retreat
Senior Housing Project
begun in February 1995
and out of a concern for
senior citizens
expressed by the Grant
County Commission on
Aging.
The complex
consists of a single
building construction
housing 16 one-bedroom
units for senior
citizens located close
to residential areas and
local businesses.
The Joy Senior
Apartments is a 501 3c,
non-profit organization
governed by a board of
directors.
